Delivery is carried out through a selected logistics partner.

The delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of delay, the client will be notified promptly.

6. Returns and complaints
The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, opened or damaged.

The return is at the customer's expense, except in the case of proven defect or error on the part of the merchant.
