Hydraulically operated diaphragm valve. The valve has 3 operating positions:
"Manually open" - the valve lets in as much water as is consumed by the source connected to the outlet
"Manually closed" - the valve does not let any water through
"Automatic" - in this mode the valve state is determined by the solenoid, which allows automation of the valve operation
